Europe Trip Part 2 - Paris

Hi All,

I am back.

Lets continue with our trip in Paris.

First place that we went as mentioned earlier is “Musee De lourve”. To go here, we took bus No 42. The bus will stop in front of the place. This is a “must go place” in Paris.

Lets enjoy the picture!

The Louvre or Louvre Museum (FrenchMusée du Louvrepronounced: [myze dy luvʁ]) is one of the world's largest museums and a historic monument. A central landmark of Paris, France, it is located on the Right Bank of the Seine in the 1st arrondissement (district). Nearly 35,000 objects from prehistory to the 21st century are exhibited over an area of 60,600 square metres (652,300 square feet). With more than 9.7 million visitors each year, the Louvre is the world's most visited museum.

From Lourve Museum, we walk towards " Eyes of Paris". The walking trip took about 20 minutes from the lourve. There are many Nigerian who sold Eiffel Tower key chain, magnet, and the tower itself along the road. It is cheap. There are a few museums at right and left of the road.

We met this monumen while walking towards "Eyes of Paris", Is that Arc de tromphe?

Hehehe . Things that you cant see in Malaysia.

Finally, we arrived in front of "Eyes of Paris" wehooooo

After spending a few minutes here, we continue our walking trip to Eiffel tower. It took about 40 minutes to walk from Eyes of Paris to Eiffel tower. There are Christmas Market open along the road. People are busy doing their last minute Christmas shopping. While I am browsing what being sell at the Christmas Market, my husband keep rambling about his painful feet..hehehhe...but we still continue walking until we reach our destination . We managed to bought 2 maflas at the market.

After a painful walking, finally we met the Mr Eiffel tower..Taraaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

The Seine is a 776 km long river and an important commercial waterway within the Paris Basin in the north of France. You may also enjoy the river cruise.

After a tiring walking trip, we decided to take bus No 42, to go back to the hotel.

At night, even though, hubby is got his regular migraine, I still forced him to enjoy the night view of The  Eiffel tower . Most people said that the view of the tower is at its most beautiful, at night.

We took RER to The Eiffel towerThe most straight forward way with only one change is to use the RER. Take RER B from Gare du Nord (direction : Robinson or St Remy) to St Michel-Notre Dame. Change to RER C (direction : Pontoise or Versailles-Rive Gauche or Saint Quentin) and get off at Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel. Using this method it will take  approximately half an hour.

Tell me, is it beautiful or not??

Behind our smiles, we were shivering due to extreme cold . It was -3 degree at that time.

After a few shots, we head back to our hotel to recharge our batteries. It is best to get enough rest to prepare for yet another exciting day in Italy. Wehooooo.
